What is Brick?

Our brick veneer is manufactured using traditional clay firing methods that produce the color variation and surface texture associated with historic masonry construction. Standard modular sizing maintains dimensional consistency for predictable coursing and uniform joint spacing, while intentional irregularities in face texture prevent the flat, repetitive appearance of perfectly uniform units. The manufacturing process allows for custom color development — clients can specify standard heritage colors, request blended palettes that combine multiple tones, or work with our team to create entirely custom color profiles for large projects. Thickness options range from thin veneer (approximately 1.5 inches) to full-depth units (3.5 inches), with application method depending on structural requirements and design intent. Thin veneer installs with mortar adhesive over approved substrates, while full-depth units can be used for traditional mortared applications or drystack installations where mortar joints are minimized. The fired clay composition provides permanent color that will not fade or require refinishing, and the material withstands freeze-thaw cycles without degradation in climates with seasonal temperature variation.
